Namvic confirms vehicle or tour availability, provides a clear quote, and outlines what is and is not included.
Once terms are agreed, Namvic sends a formal rental agreement or booking confirmation.
Vehicle handover in Windhoek, safari logistics, briefing and support during the trip are managed by the Namvic team.
